About Linda
Linda Christensen brings a distinguished background in corporate and academic leadership to her work as an author and educator. She coauthored Mission ImPossible and Diamonds of Truth, and her chapter "Divine Guidance Empowers Pivotal Leadership Truths" appeared in the best-selling The Leadership Playbook. Her teaching career spanned courses in strategic and management accounting, accounting ethics, and corporate finance, with a consistent emphasis on ethical leadership and preparing undergraduate and graduate students for real-world leadership roles.Linda holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Missouri, an M.B.A. from the University of Memphis, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, along with CPA licensure in Tennessee. She taught at Wichita State University from 1988 to 2002, later resumed teaching in the evening M.B.A. program at Union University, and concluded her academic career at Christian Brothers University in 2021.Linda is passionate about God's love and His desire to guide and influence our lives and our leadership. She and her late husband Donald were married in 1983 and shared their lives with five children and eight grandchildren. Linda is the oldest of seven siblings, all of whom made public professions of faith as young teenagers, and her family relationships remain a source of deep joy. She believes God inspired the stories and observations woven throughout her books, and she hopes their message speaks to today's adult students and leaders. In her personal time, Linda enjoys creativity, design, travel, and time with family and friends.
